If you've been searching for lash extensions near East Coast, Katong or Siglap, you've probably noticed how many options there are — and how different the results can be. Lash extensions are one of the most requested treatments at our salon, and for good reason: done well, they save you the daily hassle of mascara and curling while looking completely natural.

What Actually Happens During Your Appointment

Individual extensions are applied one-by-one to your own natural lashes, never in clumps or strips. A full set usually takes between one and two hours, depending on the style and density you choose. You'll lie down with your eyes closed for most of the appointment — many clients nap through it.

Classic, Hybrid or Volume — What's the Difference?

  • Classic — one extension applied per natural lash, for a subtle, mascara-like enhancement
  • Hybrid — a mix of classic and volume fans, for added texture without looking too dramatic
  • Volume — several lightweight extensions fanned onto each natural lash, for a fuller, more dramatic finish

If it's your first time, we usually recommend starting with a classic or light hybrid set. It's easier to go bolder at your next visit than to tone down a volume set you're not used to.

Aftercare That Actually Matters

Keep lashes dry for the first few hours, avoid oil-based skincare and makeup removers near the eyes, and brush them gently each morning with a spoolie. With proper care, a set typically lasts three to four weeks before a fill is needed, following your natural lash growth cycle.

Finding a Salon in the East

Whether you're based around East Coast Road, Marine Parade, Bedok or Joo Chiat, it's worth choosing a salon that does a proper consultation before any lashes go on — your natural lash health, eye shape and lifestyle all affect what style will actually suit you. That's the approach we take at Lashdou.
