What makes Lashdou different?
We only use authentic YUMI™ products for lash lifts because your lashes deserve the best. All treatments are done by therapists with 5+ years experience, in a clean, hygienic studio. Most importantly: we make sure every client gets exactly the treatment and service that suits them.
How long do results last?
- YUMI Lash Lift + Tint: 8–10 weeks
- Lash Extensions: 3–4 weeks with proper care and infills
- Brow / Lip / Eyeliner Embroidery: 1–3 years depending on skin type and aftercare
- IPL Hair Removal: long-term hair reduction with a course of sessions
Is it painful?
No. All treatments are comfortable. Embroidery treatments use a numbing cream. You can even nap during your session 😴
Can I do lash lift and extensions together?
No, you'll need to choose one. YUMI lifts and conditions your own natural lashes, while extensions add length and volume on top of your natural lashes.
Are your products safe?
Yes. We use only authentic YUMI and premium medical-grade pigments. All tools are sterilised and disposable items are used once per client.
Who is not suitable for treatment?
Pregnant clients, those with an eye infection, very sensitive skin, or on certain medications may need to wait or adjust the treatment. We'll always do a quick consult before your treatment to check.

YUMI Lash Lift + Tint Aftercare
To make your lift last 8–10 weeks:
First 24 Hours — Critical
- No water, steam, mascara, or eye makeup
- No rubbing eyes or sleeping face-down
- No gym, sauna, swimming
After 24 Hours
- You can wet your lashes, wear makeup, swim as normal
- Brush lashes gently with a spoolie daily to keep the curl
- Avoid oil-based makeup removers and waterproof mascara
- Use YUMI keratin serum 2–3x a week to nourish lashes
Don'ts: Lash curler, perm, or tint elsewhere for 6 weeks
Lash Extensions Aftercare
First 24–48 Hours
- No water, steam, sweat
- No mascara or eye makeup
Ongoing Care
- Clean lashes every 2–3 days with a lash cleanser
- Brush daily with a spoolie
- Sleep on your back or on a silk pillowcase
- No oil-based products near the eyes
- Book infills every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness
Don'ts: Rub eyes, pick lashes, use cotton pads, waterproof mascara
Brow Embroidery Aftercare
Days 1–7
- Keep brows dry for 24 hours — no washing, sweating, swimming
- Apply the provided aftercare cream 2x daily with a clean cotton bud
- No picking, scratching, or scrubbing — light scabbing is normal
Days 8–28
- Colour will look dark then fade 30–40% — this is normal
- Avoid sun, sauna, facials or exfoliation on the brow area
- No makeup on the brows
Lip Embroidery Aftercare
Days 1–5
- Lips will be swollen and dark — ice if needed
- Drink with a straw — no spicy, salty or hot food
- Apply aftercare ointment as instructed
- No picking peeling skin
Weeks 2–4
- Colour will look patchy then settle — final colour shows after 4 weeks
- Avoid sun, smoking, and exfoliants on the lips
Eyeliner Embroidery Aftercare
Days 1–7
- Keep the area dry for 24 hours
- Apply aftercare ointment 2x daily
- Expect slight swelling — use a cold compress
- No eye makeup, lash curlers, or rubbing
- No swimming or sauna for 2 weeks
Colour softens by around 40% after healing.
Hair & Scalp Treatment / IPL Hair Removal Aftercare
Hair & Scalp Treatment
- Avoid heat styling tools on the scalp area for 24 hours
- Skip harsh shampoos for a couple of days — let the treatment fully absorb
- Gently massage the scalp at home to help maintain circulation between visits
IPL Hair Removal
- Avoid direct sun exposure and always use sunscreen on treated areas
- No hot showers, saunas, or exfoliation for 24–48 hours after treatment
- Do not wax or pluck between sessions — shaving is fine
- Book follow-up sessions as recommended for best long-term results
